Ruth, a woman who’s lost faith in her fellow humans, returns home from work to a burglarized home and law enforcement that has little interest in finding the perp. With the help of her eccentric neighbor, Tony, she sets to work on retrieving her stolen property and ridding the world of delinquents - one asshole at a time.
