Julia, an American who recently moved to Bucharest, starts to worry that she’s being stalked by a serial killer who lives across the street. Met with disbelief from those around her, she grows increasingly more paranoid and takes matters into her own hands.

The Hand That Rocks the Cradle is a 1992 American film, directed by Curtis Hanson and shot by Robert Elswit. Claire, a stay-at-home mom, hires Peyton, a too-good-to-be-true nanny, to help with her newborn second child. Expecting things to get better having an extra set of hands around the house, Claire is pushed to the brink as her life crumbles before her eyes.
