Where the Crawdads Sing is a 2022 American film, directed by Olivia Newman and shot by Polly Morgan. Kya, a young woman in 1960s North Carolina, lives alone in the marsh after being abandoned by her family. When she is accused of murder, she does what she must to make it back to a safe life in her beloved marsh.

Fire of Love is a 2022 American film, directed by Sara Dosa and shot by Pablo Alvarez-Mesa & Maurice Krafft. Katia and Maurice Krafft, married couple and leading volcanologists, are most at home beside a river of lava. Although their up-close observation changes modern perceptions of volcanoes, it also ultimately leads to their untimely demise.
